Enterprise Center of Redgranite developed an apartment complex project behind the Piggly Wiggly Grocery Store in 1998 and 1999. Currently there are 3 - 8-plex units on the site, the 3rd is yet to be completed. The project is located on Wood Street on the former Sroka Property.
